At Elite Executive Services Pty Ltd “Elite” the privacy of our clients is important to us. This policy describes the way that Elite collects, holds and discloses information about individuals with whom we deal. Although Elite is exempt from the requirements of the Privacy Act (1988) (Cth) (‘the Privacy Act’), including the National Privacy Principles (‘NPPs’), we have implemented a policy the equivalent to any other entity that is required to adhere to the Act. The policy may be amended from time to time.

What sort of information we collect and how
  • We only collect personal information that is necessary for us to maintain our relationship with you and to carry out the specific services requested by you. This information may include your name, address, contact details, date of birth, passport details, visa or residency status, income, educational, career and health details. If you do not provide this personal information we may not be able to provide you with the service you have requested.
  • How we collect your personal information will depend upon how you interact with us. We may collect it through questionnaires, rental application forms, email, fax or telephone contact with you, but will not source any information from third parties without your prior knowledge and approval.
  • The provisions of the Privacy Act restrict the collection of sensitive personal information. Elite will not generally collect sensitive information unless required to properly perform the services requested by you.
  • We collect statistical information on website activity, such as the number of users who visit, the date and time of visits, the number of pages viewed and how users navigate through the site. No attempts are made to identify anyone browsing our web site.

How we use your information
  • When we collect personal information from you, we will inform you of the purposes for which it is collected. Primarily, this will be to provide you with the service you have requested and the administration of that service.
  • We may also use your personal information to:
    o inform you about other services offered by Elite, however, you can notify us at any time if you do not wish to receive this information;
    o perform our services that includes performing our administration including: accounting, record keeping, archiving, system development and testing;
    o develop new services;
    o assist you with your queries; and
    o fulfil our legal requirements, if any.

Disclosure of your personal information
Elite will not disclose your personal information unless:
  • we are obliged to do so by law;
  • we have your express consent; or
  • we must disclose your personal information to organisations that will perform specific services for you at our request or instigation, for example short-term accommodation providers, rental landlords or educational establishments. We limit this disclosure to the information they need to perform the service.

Quality of your information
We maintain your personal information by taking reasonable steps to make sure that the personal information collected, used and disclosed is accurate and up to date.
We ask that you notify us immediately when you change your contact details such as your telephone number and address or if you feel the information we have about you is inaccurate.

Security of your personal information
We will use all reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorized access, modification and disclosure.
We will take reasonable steps to destroy personal information in a secure manner if it is no longer required by us and there are no legal obligations to retain the information.

Government identifiers
We do not use Tax File Numbers or any other government identifier for the purposes of identifying you with our services unless we are required by law to do so.

You may access your information
You can access most of the personal information we hold about you and request corrections.
This right is subject to some exceptions. For example, you may not be able to obtain access to personal information which:>

  • we are prevented by law from disclosing.
You can request access to your personal information by submitting a letter or by contacting us by telephone.

What to do if you think we have made a mistake
If you believe that we have breached the policies outlined in this document, we urge you to raise this with the Elite Office Manager, who has responsibility for maintaining our adherence to the Privacy principles outlined herein.
We will investigate all complaints and respond to you within 14 days. If we find a complaint justified, we will promptly resolve it. If necessary, we will change policies and procedures to maintain our high standards of performance, services and client care.

As the 2015 State and Territory winners for Victoria, director kathy Nunn will be flown to Sydney on Tuesday 18 August for the National judging, culminating in a glittering celebration dinner on the night of Thursday 20 August 2015.

Re:locate, the magazine for HR professionals, global managers and relocation specialists have awarded Elite Executive Services Best the Excellence in Employee & Family Support Award 2014. at the Institute of Directors, in London’s Pall Mall, on Wednesday 14 May. This is recognition of the professional and outstanding services which Elite provide to their clients and succinctly underlines the calibre of the Elite team. This is what they said:

Winner Elite Executive Services was established by Kathy Nunn to provide specialist services to both corporate and private clients making domestic and international moves in Australia, India, the UK, South East Asia, South Africa, Hong Kong, Papua New Guinea and New Zealand.
The entries in this category were generally strong, well-written and interesting, the judges said:
Elite’s truly end-to-end service stood out, and its “high-calibre and heartfelt” submission exuded a unique understanding of family needs and a commitment to working flexibly (often outside the normal working day), with a genuine empathy running through its core.

“The outcome of Elite’s efforts is highly supportive of the family,” said one judge. “Elite has taken them across a significant threshold in their lives – a mark of personal and lasting development.”

Aspects of the service that stood out for the judges were the programme of networking events and socials that Elite provides for its clients, which allow families to make friends and business contacts in their new destination, and the team’s well-honed collaborative approach.

Summing up, one judge said, “Powerful, passionate – a clear winner.”

Elite’s other achievements In 2012 Elite was shortlisted in three categories for the Asian EMMAs which are the Forum for Expatriate Management Awards. The Categories were: Destination Services Provider of the Year, Best Family Support Programme and Most Innovative Use of Technology in Global Mobility. This was a wonderful achievement and would not have been possible without the Elite team’s determination to deliver outstanding services, to be innovative and to go the extra mile. Mobile App Awards 2012 The Elite Executive Services team were delighted by the shortlisting of their app in the Australian Mobile App Awards. The competition was from some of Australia’s largest and most successful companies so it was with great pride that we saw that Applocation Australia had been shortlisted. This was an award which came as the culmination of two years hard work and effort to produce the only app of its kind.
