This new program at the Australian Racing Museum takes your family
behind the scenes of Australia’s most colourful sport. Discover
the remarkable stories about famous horses and the people who
have helped shape our racing history. See the 1890 Melbourne Cup
winner Carbine come to life in the fascinating animation display
of his skeleton. You will even see the giant heart of the little
horse Tulloch who managed to overcome a life threatening illness.
From Kings and Queens, to Aussie battlers, sporting heroes and
heroines – this activity provides a unique glimpse into the sport
that "stops a nation".
